Gail Goodman

Gail Goodman is an entrepreneur and technology executive best known as the founding CEO of Constant Contact, the Waltham-based email marketing platform she built from a pre-revenue startup into one of the defining small business software companies of the internet era. She joined the company in 1999, guided it through a successful IPO in 2007, and led it through its $1.1 billion acquisition in 2016 -- a seventeen-year run serving more than 650,000 small businesses and nonprofits worldwide. Recognized as Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for New England and inducted into the MITX Innovation Hall of Fame, she has since served on the boards of Shopify and MassChallenge and now chairs Entrepreneurship for All, the nonprofit accelerator serving underrepresented founders across Massachusetts.
