Helen Greiner

Helen Greiner is a robotics entrepreneur and co-founder of iRobot Corporation, the company that brought autonomous home robots from university research labs into mainstream consumer culture. A graduate of MIT, she co-founded iRobot in 1990 with Colin Angle and Rodney Brooks with the mission of building practical, affordable robots, and played a central role in the company's commercial and strategic direction through the development and launch of the Roomba in 2002. Greiner subsequently founded CyPhy Works, a drone technology company, and has been one of the most prominent advocates for robotics as a transformative technology, consistently advancing the case for Massachusetts as the global center of the robotics industry.
