Sherwin Greenblatt

Sherwin Greenblatt is co-founder and former president of Bose Corporation, one of the most globally recognized audio technology companies to emerge from the Boston area. The first person hired by Dr. Amar Bose in 1964, he held numerous positions over his career, including project engineer, chief engineer, director of engineering, executive vice president, and president, a title he held for fifteen years. Joining Bose was a departure from convention at the time (new graduates didn't join startups), but his partnership with his former MIT professor helped grow the company into the world's leading audio brand. After retiring from Bose, Greenblatt served as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of MIT and has continued his connection to the entrepreneurial community as Chairman of the MIT Venture Mentoring Service.
